Ashish Mandelia heads the Corporate Advisory, Valuation and the Indirect Tax practice of the firm. He has also been steering start ups, helping them setup robust systems that enable better compliance and governance, and getting them ‘due diligence ready’. He is also a Certified GST Practitioner by the MSME department of the Government of India.
Rishabh has vast experience in Corporate Advisory, Audit & Assurance and Startup Mentoring. He has helped clients in turning around their businesses with Business Process Optimisations and deep consulting at the management and at the Promoter level. He is also a Member of Institute of Internal Auditors (USA) and a Professional Member of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs)
